  • Over 20 years ago, as a fresh graduate, I moved to London with a dream of owning a Victorian property. Instead of sticking to traditional real estate paths, I explored neighborhoods through restaurant reviews and community vibes, discovering Forest Hill, London—a charming area filled with tree-lined streets and period homes. My instincts paid off when Forest Hill was later recognized in the THE TIMES as London’s best places to live.

A decade later in New York City, I aspired to own a "NY LOFT" and found inspiration in an article about a soon-to-be Michelin star restaurant in Clinton Hill. Intrigued, I visited the area and felt an immediate connection. Soon after, I discovered 95 Lexington Ave., just a short walk from the restaurant, and made an offer on the same day. Five years later, I sold the loft, which was featured in the New York Times and purchased by a young first-time buyer.

Over the last few years, I’ve continued to embrace this quiet approach with my clients, helping them find the perfect home that aligns with their architectural dreams and connects them to the community around them. Through these experiences, I’ve realized that home buying is about more than transactions; it’s about embracing the stories and neighborhoods that shape our lives. For me, the journey of finding a home celebrates connection and the beauty of achieving architectural dreams.
